JOB DESCRIPTION

Porter’s Office Products is an established and fast-growing company, in search of an eager, experienced or entry level, marketing team player with a “can do” attitude who enjoys a fast-paced environment to consistently grow traffic and engagement Online & Print via paid media, sweepstakes campaigns, social media, email marketing and other projects as assigned. This PART-TIME position in our Rexburg, ID location is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation and management and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful campaigns across multiple vehicles.  Candidate will also be making decisions on day-to-day marketing business needs.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS in marketing or related field preferred but not required.

Ability to consistently meet program goals and while working in a fast pace environment.

Ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively is a must in this role.

Strong understanding of email communication strategies — both written and visual, deliverability, and segmentation practices.

Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience using email distribution and reporting applications.

Excellent project management and Microsoft Office skills.

Adobe Photo Shop experience and knowledge.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Able to multi task in a high paced fluid environment while ensuring deliverables are met within assigned deadlines.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement marketing plans that will contribute to successful and profitable launches, including acquisition campaigns to grow site sales, visits, page views, and category sales.

Determine return on investment for marketing programs to optimize campaigns and make recommendations for future marketing campaigns.

Identify opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Be willing to take risks and comfortable in managing projects unsupervised to completion as scheduled.

Manage & create all campaigns with the Brand in mind.

Work with management to implement campaigns and obtain necessary approvals

Analyze and report on campaign performance on a weekly and/or monthly basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improvements.

Work with sales management to improve conversion processes and other on-site improvements to facilitate acquisition campaigns for increasing market share.

Other projects, as assigned.

Manage WordPress website, including creating pages and banner ads.

Manage Online Ordering website including product promotions and banner ads.

Assist customers during the ordering process.

OTHER JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Send Out Cards – Maintain cards, and send out weekly to Critical, Terminal, Welcome, Interested, and President Thank you, depending on need and update reports

Maintain a positive social media campaign

Creates, maintains, and implements monthly Marketing Calendar

Promotes Blue Cow Service brand in all marketing materials

Manages all marketing efforts for the company including print and digital.

Maintains website and content

Coordinates marketing efforts across all platforms           

Keeps up to date some of the basic website information

Coordinates with 3rd party vendors to complete website projects

Coordinates events and meetings as directed

Stays prioritized and organized with deadlines and projects

Maintains a positive social media campaign on all platforms

Ensures all marketing calendar items are completed on time, correctly, and professionally

Orders quarterly flyers and ensures they are distributed correctly

Ensures all pricing to support marketing efforts is correctly loaded into system

Other items as directed by management Part-Time Hours: Monday through Friday: 8am to 12pm
