Ordering ink and toner can be a hassle. There are thousands of different printers and copiers, and it seems like they all take a different cartridge. At Porter’s, our main focus is providing solutions for our customers to better run their office, so with this in mind, we’ve updated our online ordering system to make shopping easier. We know every office is going to need ink and toner, so here are a few tips to get your order in fast and easy:
With our new system, there are two simple ways to order the right product for your machine:
- On the main ordering page, scroll all the way to the top and click “Ink and Toner” on the grey menu bar. From there, you can enter the brand, series, model, or supply/cartridge number – any will do. Once your info is entered, you’ll be given a list of matching products that are compatible with they system you use.
- Or if you have your specific printer model number, you can just enter that into the main search bar. Once you hit “search” you’ll see a list of all the products associated with your printer. This is a good way to see everything that is available for your system.
