Shopping Cart I went to a locally owned Big O Tires because my heating system didn’t work in my Ford Focus. They gave me an estimate to clean out the heating system and I approved the work. As they performed the work they discovered that the heating core needed to be replaced. They said due to the complexity this had to be completed by the dealer. I was willing to pay for the cleaning (which it probably really needed) but because they were unable to solve the original problem, they apologized, charged me nothing and sent me on my way to the dealer. That’s going beyond being a good honest shop.
