Blue Cow Story: A Well Deserving Family

At 5:00 pm on a Wednesday evening we received a call from the Construction Manager for the TV show “Extreme MakeOver – Home Edition” for a project in our area. They needed 1,000 lanyards and badges along with printing all of the credentials to go in the badges by the morning. We immediately ordered the lanyards and badges from our suppliers to be sent to our Pocatello Store by the morning. Our staff then spent time that evening as well as Thursday morning printing, cutting and filling the badges. Within less than 24 hours they were ready to go just in time for the media and V.I.P guests to arrive on the project. We know ordinary customer service isn’t always what will keep customers satisfied. That is why we believe in extraordinary, never before seen customer service. We call it our Blue Cow Pledge because whatever the request, even for a blue cow, we will try to meet your needs. We were privileged to help support such a positive effort for a well deserving Family!
