Q: What is Porter’s return policy?
A: The item must be less than 30 days old, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Call our customer service at 877-235-6998 if you have any questions!
Q: Do you provide any customized printing?
A:Yes, we do custom envelopes, business cards, name plates, and self-inking stamps. To place an order for any of those items contact us at 877-235-6998. We also have promotional products that can be customized as well. Our entire selection is available online and can be viewed here!
Q: How do I use a coupon online?
A: After proceeding to ‘Checkout’ click the red ‘Add Coupon or Promo Code’ button towards the top of the screen, enter the code, then complete your order!
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Usually next day. If something is on back order or discontinued, one of our customer service representatives will let you know when the item will arrive.
Q: Can I receive a copy of a past invoice?
A: Yes! You can print them off or view them from our site. Click here to get started.
Q: Do I need an account to order online?
A:Nope! Guest checkout is now available for all our customers with a shipping and handling charge. To set up an account is free and painless, just click on new user when logging in. Our drivers deliver throughout South-East Idaho, Logan Utah and everywhere else in between! We also ship order via UPS based on your location, so no matter what you need, we’ll get it to you!
