I just wanted to say how great your customer service is. I have been ordering from you for quite a few years now and will continue to do so. Every time I call with a question or just need some help I always get great service. I have never felt as though I am bothering anyone, everyone is always so cheerful and happy to help. That is a rare quality these days. I would like to thank everyone that answers phones, fills orders, does billing, and delivers the products. You have quite an awesome staff and this why I continue to do business with you. I am the office manager for Kenworth Sales Pocatello and could go anywhere I want to buy my products, but because of your attitude I will continue to choose Porter’s and recommend you to other businesses as well.
